ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Bob Zachmeier is an entrepreneur, investor, lecturer, author, and self-made millionaire. Born and raised in Mandan, North Dakota, his parents taught by example that a strong work ethic and determination could achieve almost any goal.
As the third of six children, Zachmeier learned early in life to become self-reliant. At the age of sixteen, he owned a fireworks business, complete with billboard and radio advertising, which helped fund his college education and that of several of his siblings.
He first invested in real estate in 1982 at the age of twenty-two. After several years of losing with the “buy-and-pray” strategy used by many beginning investors, he developed a system to create wealth rather than depend upon the real estate market for his success.
Within a few years of employing this new system, he was earning enough money through real estate investments to leave his job and end a twenty-two-year career in the electronics industry. Since that time, he has fine-tuned his investment process into the Upside Up™ system it is today.
After more than two decades of real estate investing, Zachmeier and his wife, Camille, saw the need to share what they’d learned with others. In 2004, they founded Win3 Realty, a successful real estate company in Tucson, Arizona, to help homeowners and beginning investors achieve success and avoid costly mistakes.
